Cannon & Wendt Electric Co., Inc. offers on-site training and instruction at our Training Academy to meet the needs of our employees, allowing us to better serve our business associates. Today's rapidly changing marketplace and technological advances make it difficult for employees to keep pace with the latest techniques and skills that affect their job performance. The Academy assists them by providing activities ranging from construction safety and awareness classes, vendor workshops and demonstrations, Electrical Project Supervision classes, and seminars specific to realized needs.

One area of focus is the continuous development of a comprehensive training schedule that will allow our field supervisors the opportunity to reach their goal of 40 hours of continued education annually.
