In the late 1980's, Cannon & Wendt made a strategic decision to concentrate on Design/Build and Design/Assist projects. Since implementing this strategy, Cannon & Wendt's Large Contracts Division has played an integral role in constructing the valley's major commercial office buildings, industrial facilities, hotels and resorts, sports and entertainment venues, and Public Works facilities.

The Large Contracts Division's Project Managers and Field Supervisors thoroughly understand the needs of all projects and are known for successful application of the principles of partnering, which include trust, commitment, and equity. We are proud to say that these are principles Cannon & Wendt applies to every project we undertake.

Thousands of details are taken into account when designing and building any project, and each detail must be managed at the lowest possible cost. It is a challenging task, but one that is standard operating procedure at Cannon & Wendt.
