In 1964, Cannon & Wendt made a strategic
decision that resulted in a narrowing of focus and a widening of
expertise. By concentrating on commercial and industrial properties,
Cannon & Wendt elected to specialize in large construction.
In the thirty-five years since that strategy was implemented, Cannon
