Implementing and utilizing the information within the 3D model has a monumental impact on the outcome of the project. With the mixture of highly detailed drawings and the use of our Total Station, we bring the 3D model into the field. This degree of information bridges the gap between idea and reality. Having this level of crystal clear detail has allowed us to prefabricate rack assemblies, pre-order specialized material and increase the installation accuracy, all while decreasing the schedule duration.

Upon the project’s completion, these hybrid drawings are handed off to the owner as an exact road map to the electrical infrastructure. By embracing today's 3D technology with over 70 years of electrical history, we ensure that what was intended to be constructed is constructed to the highest of quality.



Our virtual designers use the Autodesk Building Suite for design and Navisworks for 3D coordination and collision detection. In addition to providing design services to the team, designers are also trained using the Trimble Total Station. Having our designers crossed trained in the Trimble deepens their involvement and understanding of the project.

The drawings provided are no longer schematically inter-operated plans like in times past. Today they are an exact, highly detailed, image driven set of electrical installation instructions. These drawings combine fully coordinated elevations, sections cuts and images of the model in it's 3D environment, all on the same page.
