MORGAN ATHLETIC CLUB

STATE FARM STADIUM

Project Overview:

The transformation of an empty conference room into the upscale Morgan Athletic Club at State Farm Stadium was a remarkable electrical construction project. This ambitious endeavor aimed to create a luxurious restaurant lounge within the home of the Arizona Cardinals NFL team.

The project began with a comprehensive design phase, focusing on integrating modern aesthetics all the while navigating a compressed schedule. The centerpiece of the lounge was a custom lighting system, Designed with a Speakeasy ambiance. High-end fixtures and programmable LED lights were installed, allowing for dynamic lighting scenes that could be adjusted to suit various events and moods.

A state-of-the-art stage area was constructed, equipped with audio-visual systems to host live performances and events. The electrical team ensured seamless integration of sound and lighting controls, providing an immersive experience for guests.

The bar area was another highlight, featuring custom tape lighting that accentuated the sleek design. Under-counter lighting, illuminated shelves, and pendant lights created a sophisticated atmosphere. The electrical work also included the installation of energy-efficient appliances and a robust power distribution system to support the bar’s operations.

Throughout the project, the electrical team collaborated closely with other trades to ensure a cohesive and timely completion. The result was a stunning transformation, turning a mundane conference room into the Morgan Athletic Club—a premier destination for fans and visitors at State Farm Stadium.

WORD FROM OUR PRESIDENT

As we approach the end of the year, it’s crucial to reflect on the progress and challenges we have faced as an organization. The information below outlines our current standing, efforts, and future directions as we look forward the new year.

This year has been challenging with a purposeful reduction in revenue, compared to the same period last year. Despite this foundation building period, our profit margins have been encouraging and near 2023 level. This indicates a stronger operational efficiency and our ability to manage costs effectively.

Both our Tucson and Flagstaff branches are performing commendably and are on track with their respective growth paths. Their success has been instrumental in balancing the overall business performance.

Our safety initiatives have shown a significant enhancement in our operations as we’ve upgraded our field training programs. With a dedicated effort to boost our team’s capabilities, we have brought in an instructor every other month, providing essential training that keeps us competitive and efficient. Our commitment to safety is reflected in our exceptional EMR of .58, underscoring a robust safety culture that not only protects our employees but also optimizes our operational effectiveness.

Our project portfolio this year has been heavily centered around data centers, with healthcare projects beginning to gain momentum. This strategic focus aligns with market demands and leverages our specialized expertise in these areas.

The heart of our company culture lies in our charity committee’s continuous effort to care for our Company, Clients, and Community. Preparations are in full swing for the upcoming “Supporting Our Heroes” event scheduled for January 11th. Additionally, our teams in Phoenix and Tucson were able to enjoy another successful holiday party, which was a great opportunity to celebrate the year’s success, fostering team spirit and camaraderie.

We will continue to focus on training, safety, and strategic project acquisition to ensure sustained growth and stability.

We remain committed to our values of excellence, safety, and community engagement, steering towards a promising horizon with the continued support and dedication of our talented team.

At our Tucson holiday party, management was able to announce the formation of our Southern Arizona’s new safety committee, which is set to take effect early in the new year.
